Exercise helps to scale back the insulin resistance of the body. This thus helps to regulate the sugar levels of the blood and so bring it to a stabilised level. A sedentary lifestyle is also a is also a major factor for the rising trend of obesity. Obesity further increases the possibilities of diabetes manifolds.

If you are following unhealthy eating habits then you’re more suscetible to diabetes than people who eat healthy. Eating too much of sugar will glaringly raise your blood sugar levels. Apart from sugar, carbs too beef up your blood sugar levels. They get digested simply and spike up the sugar levels. You should avoid eating convenience food that are loaded with simple carbohydrates and sugar. Instead, you have to try and include more of fiber in your diet.

For some unlucky chaps, diabetes comes not because of their own but because it is in their genes. If the parents or any one else in family is diabetic, the danger of your becoming diabetic rises expo-nentially.
